Where does that come from?

Spend some time with your journal. Bring to mind a group of people you do not know well, and who make you feel uneasy, scared even.

What is it about them that makes you feel uneasy? Do not overthink it or try to analyse. Just ask the question (it may help if you give yourself some distance by putting it in the second person), and write down whatever comes to mind.

When you have, repeat the question. What is it really in what you have written down that provokes the reaction? Is there anything more about that? Keep on drilling down until there is nothing more.

Now, look at what you have. Are they facts or perceptions? Where did they come from? Is there any other way of looking at it? What would that be? How, if at all, would that change your view? Get curious, investigate and see what happens.
